I felt listened to and the Doctor could see the issue immediately. They understood my concerns and addressed them well. Really good service and probably a lot faster than physically going to the surgery and waiting for a free slot.

Dr Zeffert-Anderson has been my doctor since joining the practice and she is excellent. She no leaves no stone unturned and gives me as much time as I need and she is always a pleasure to deal with.

I rarely need to make a doctor's appointment and I'd not met Dr Chloe Zeffert-Anderson before. It was such a warm, reassuring and supportive experience. In the past I've sometimes felt I was on a conveyor belt and rushed by over-worked NHS GP's - something I understood but left me feeling uneasy. Dr Zeffert-Anderson was welcoming and charming. She encouraged me to take my time, explain my concerns and truly listened. Her response was caring, informative and very thorough. I know she went over the allotted time for my appointment but I would tell other patients never to worry if she's running a bit late - it's because she cares and you're in the best hands!
